How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us before sending the product back. Please provide:

The reason for your return
Photos or videos if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please Do Not Send Returns Without Authorization
Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted or may experience processing delays.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Bubbles Nico will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us for assistance. Depending on the product and availability, we may provide exchange instructions or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
